As the name suggests, CuriousCITY is a bright, colourful and thrilling new gallery for inquisitive children age 8-years-old and younger.
“This is a truly special new addition to the science centre,” said Alan Nursall, President and CEO of TELUS World of Science – Edmonton. “CuriousCITY was inspired by the city we call home, to give children a sense of place. They will learn through activity and role play, as they crawl through the River Valley to discover fossils and get to know local animals, or climb the Fort Edmonton Park treehouse to examine pelts and pretend to prepare a meal. There are so many new experiences for children and families to enjoy in this interactive gallery.”
The new gallery features several iconic Edmonton landmarks and attractions, such as the Muttart Conservatory, the Queen Elizabeth Planetarium, and the High Level Bridge.
